The Future Lawyer Association (FLA) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization established in 2019, with a membership of approximately 20 high school and college students, as well as attorneys and judges who serve as mentors. The Executive Board is the governing body of the FLA.

We represent a group of motivated pre-law students from El Paso, Texas.
Our mission is to make a difference at an earlier stage of each of our member's training process during high school/ college and inspire them to carry the torch forward and pursue a career in law to balance the growing need for lawyers in our community.

Why do you want to pursue a career in law?
Although I am not sure 100% what I want to specialize in like 98% of all high school sophomores, I know being a lawyer is in the top spots. Since I was young I have always loved doing and watching debates from cartoons all the way to presidential debates and I believe that I have developed the skills to be proficient in this field.

As part of the board, what will you bring to the table?
As part of the board, I will bring the skills necessary to make the Future Lawyer’s Association the most growing clubs in this school year.
