Members had the privilege of meeting with Prof. Brent McCune, Assistant Director Patti and Paul Yetter Center for Law at the University of Texas at El Paso, on March 4th, 2021 at 4:30 PM MST and got an insight on methods to prepare for the LSAT.
"Treat preparation for the LSAT almost like a job. The more time that you dedicate to studying the more that you are rewarded."
- Prof. Brent McCune, Assistant Director Patti & Paul Yetter Center
Below are some of the resources that Prof. McCune mentioned at our meeting:
Khan Academy Official LSAT Prep (Khan Academy & LSAC): The Law School Admission Test (LSAT) is an integral part of law school admission in the United States, Canada, and a growing number of other countries. Khan Academy and LSAC have partnered to offer online, personalized prep materials to help you build the skills and confidence to succeed on test day.
LSAT Practice Tests (LSAC): Like other standardized tests, a large part of preparing for the LSAT is becoming familiar with the mechanics of the test. To help you prepare for taking the LSAT and LSAT-Flex, two full PrepTests (including one bonus LSAT-Flex version) and an Official LSAT-Flex Sample test are available for free through LSAC’s LawHub.
